I didn't like the old introduction I had anymore, so here's a new one. C&'ed the text from the old description.

I just realized that I've never really introduced a lot of you to the character I draw so often, Azrael.

Well, uh, Azrael's a vampire. He's not a vampire like in interview with a vampire or any of those, he's my own sort of vampire. Yes, he sucks blood, yes, sunlight burns, but in an LoK like fashion, so does water, and he can only live off of blood and raw meat, not anything else. He's also not just a blood sucker, but a mental soul sucker, feeding on people's auras and such. On top of that, he's a junkie. I won't say heroin junkie, but more like opium junkie... Opiate, morphine, heroin, he doesn't care. It's all good.

He doesn't care. That's all there is to his personality. He doesn't care about things that seem so important to you, or me, or the next character he's met in a story or what ever. All he cares about is his next fix, and where his cigarettes went to. He's passive about most everything, he only speaks when he feels it's necessary (Which makes him stay silent most of the time), and very few things set him off.

Setting him off is not something you want to do. When he gets angry, oh, he flies off the handle and just starts killing people and breaking things and gets kind of weird looking, spikes and wings coming out of him... Not very pretty. Did I mention he's out of his mind? For the most part he is. Imagine being divided in half, having a logical, normal side, and an agressive, violent, chaotic side. That's Azrael. He's constantly fighting to keep the chaos in check, which is essentially the unnatural build-up of living for so damned long.

He's got a girlfriend, for the moment, Brooklyn Chandlier (~halfwaydemon's character). He's got a "brother" named Gabriel, and he's very, very protective of both of them, almost to the point of being obsessive. He's had a lot of painful losses in the past, and despite knowing it'll happen sooner or later, he's determined to keep the two of them with him, no matter how selfish it seems.

Well uh yeah I can't think of anything else to add that won't make this twenty miles long so this is just a brief overview of Azrael. Any questions about him can be directed at me.
